With art direction based on the ancient Japanese wood block style, Carpl is as much a meditative play environment as a game that explores the tactile relationship of the player and the iPhone.

The player draws their finger across the screen to collect colourful Lotus flowers and avoid pond life.

Being our first release on the App Store, Carpl was also an education on gaining Apple Developer status and effectively deploying an app through the Q&A process. This equipped us with the knowledge of how best to advise our clients on future iOS production and deployment.
